Augsburg, Shanghai, March 17, 2017. Solcz Group Inc. has successfully completed the sale of Valiant TMS Group to Hubei Huachangda Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd (HCD Group). MT / MBL initiated the transaction, acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the purchaser during the whole process and coordinated communication between buyer, purchaser and their respective advisors. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
